Refund and Cancellation

For AL NAHDA CENTER (EMIRATES GULF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C) all customers are equally important and for your convenience we offer 24/7 customer service, so that we can provide quick responses to your calls for any feedback or complaints. When you make a PAYMENT, we reserve ONE SLOT OF OUR ALLOCATED SAMPLE QOUTA for you and turn away other potential customers to fulfil our commitment with you. But when we get a sudden request for any cancellation, a new schedule becomes quite an impossible thing. And for this reason, AL NAHDA CENTER has come up with some following policies for cancellation and refund procedures:

  1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us via email info@alnahdapcr.com at before 11.30 pm of the same calendar day of making the payment
  2. Any Cancellation after 11.30 PM is non refundable
  3. No Show Before 11.59 PM of same calendar day is considered as automatic cancelation and it is non refundable
